So that’s me 44 years old. Thanks girls for the Easy Star’s Lonely Hearts Dub Band, random punk rock CD and Network Security Hacks and thanks Grandma Edith for the Captain America underpants.
I enjoyed lobster at the Lobster Shack on North Berwick harbour. The girls had real lemonade and fishcakes. I hope it comes back again next year. Catch it if you can until October.

England won the Third Test and became the best team in the world.

And West Ham beat Doncaster away. All in all a good day.

I really didn’t want to take any interest in West Ham this year, but when the BBC showed them losing to Cardiff live last Sunday afternoon I just couldn’t help myself.

So that’s it over. Championship football next year. No more Avram. What’s so goddamn frustrating is we were two-nil up at half time.
And while we have far too many players, something is clearly wrong in the dressing room because the good players we have like Scott Parker and Carlton Cole and Hitzelberger and Upson and Robert Green haven’t been enough or done enough to beat teams like Stoke and Wolves and Blackpool and Bolton.
And I guess all those players will still be on Match of the Day next season, they just won’t be playing in Claret and Blue. Hrrmph.
